Select Kitchens is a licensed builder. Design, cabinetry, structural work, permits, plumbing, electrical and tiling all sit under a single Domestic Building Contract. One project manager. One phone number. One party responsible.
Nothing is outsourced. Our own cabinet makers build every cabinet and drawer to measure in Braeside. Every kitchen is fitted with Blum hardware, which carries a lifetime warranty.
Before a single tool comes out, you receive a full project timeline showing start date, each stage, and completion date. We build in buffers so the schedule holds.

Your free in-home consultation is a working session, not a sales pitch.
We visit, measure, listen, and give you a ballpark figure before we leave.
If the ballpark works for you, we produce a detailed computer design and a complete itemised cost. Nothing goes into production until you've approved every detail.
Your cabinetry is made in our factory while our trades prepare the site. Your project manager coordinates every stage and calls you the night before each one starts.
